Purpose:

Further organizational goals by actively recruiting, retaining, and engaging members.

Respond to current and potential member inquiries, monitor membership status changes, and provide feedback pertaining to recruitment and retainment efforts.
2020-2021 Strategies:

Increase visibility of the organization by taking proactive stance in networking and marketing efforts.

Take leadership in the promotion of informative membership recruitment and outreach activities.

Be innovative and engaging, using recruitment techniques that are on par with current technologies and networking platforms.
